Personal Experience
Steve is a seasoned business broker with a focus on small to mid-sized service-based businesses. He began his career working with international companies to improve profitability through global asset and operations strategies. He later transitioned into entrepreneurship, successfully acquiring, operating, and growing multiple businesses. Having personally bought and sold several companies; Steve understands the strategic and emotional elements of a transaction from both the buyer’s and seller’s perspective.
Education
Steve holds a B.A. in Accounting, a J.D., and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Iowa and New York University. His academic foundation in accounting, law, and taxation provides a strong base for understanding complex financial and legal transactions.
